3 Golden Acorns LLC ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you use our booking form, we collect:

• Name, email address, company name (provided by you)
• Call preferences (date, time, format)
• Optional message describing your needs

We also collect basic analytics via Vercel Analytics (page views, referrer, country — no personal data).

How we use it

• To schedule and confirm your discovery call
• To send you a confirmation email and pre-call reminder
• To research your company before our call (so we can be helpful)
• To follow up once if you started but didn't complete a booking

What we don't do

• We don't sell or share your data with third parties
• We don't add you to any mailing list
• We don't use advertising trackers or cookies

Where your data is stored

Your booking data is stored in our CRM (Notion) and Google Sheets, both secured with authentication. Emails are sent via Gmail API. Calendar events are created via Google Calendar API.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. We'll remove it within 7 days.
